Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order including changes to the delivery address.
However, you may be able to redirect the order to a new address via Australia Post.
Australia Post Redirect
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Simply use the tracking number to track your order on the Australia Post website.
There under ‘Delivery Options’ you may be able to select the ‘Redirect’ option which gives you control of your delivery arrangements including changing the delivery address right up until the parcel is on board for delivery.
If redirection is no longer available for a particular parcel, you won’t be able to choose this option.
You’ll need to allow an extra business day for us to intercept it, plus any additional days needed to deliver your parcel to the new address.
