You can return an item purchased online with a credit card, debit card, gift card or PayPal for a refund or an exchange in any Portmans retail store in Australia.
Simply take the item(s) along with a copy of the invoice that comes with your parcel, or your confirmation email into store and speak with the team.
We are unable to issue refunds in store where Afterpay, Zip, Humm or Openpay was used as tender.
An item purchased online using Afterpay, Zip, Humm or Openpay as tender can only be exchanged in store for product or a gift card. Gift Cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
