An item purchased online using Afterpay or Zippay as tender can be:
1. Returned for a refund by posting it to the online store returns & exchanges address. See How do I return an item for details.
2. Exchanged in store for product or a gift card by visiting the relevant brand’s retail store in Australia (ie. items bought at Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E can only be returned to the store of the same brand). Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
We are unable to issue refunds in store where Afterpay or Zippay have been used as tender.
